Killer Soft Bread Recipe
Original recipe from Victoria bakes

260g bread flour
3g instant dry yeast
160-180g egg (use ONE XL egg) + full cream milk
30g sugar (10g if making a salty toast)
2g salt (6g for salty toast)
30g butter

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) together and knead till you get a silky and elastic dough (with mixer about 25-30mins)
2. Divide dough into 8 portions (60g each dough) and place into greased pan
3. Rise till dough reaches 90% of height of pan about 30-60mins
4. Bake in preheated oven of 170 degrees C, second lowest rack for 45-50 mins, tenting bread with foil if it browns too quickly

    saya mau tanya rahasianya apa sih spy roti bisa berserat panjang dan empuk ala killer soft bread?apa karena pake butter?apa karena suhunya pas?atau apa? thx

    saya sudah mencoba sesuai resep persis cm hasilnya bagian permukaan roti empuk cm saat ditekan terasa ada bagian yg keras spt besi dilapisi spon/tidak menul2.saat dimakan bagian tengah roti empuk tp tidak bisa berserat panjang spt dan bagian luar terasa keras spt besi dilapisi spon/tidak menul2 saya pakai margarin bkn butter.

    1. Jika bagian dalam masih ada yg keras, kemungkinan saat di uleni adonan masih belum kalis atau dipanggang terlalu lama di oven 🙂

  2. Maaf. 30 gr Butter dicampurnya kapan ya? Trus sebaiknya di panggang berapa lama? 45-50 menit atau 25-30 menit seperti di video?
